Yum

Last night we had dinner at Yum. A somewhat different approach to food making. For example they have a “Fillet and Sorbet” dish, have you ever heard of having a steak with a scoop of sorbet.

I had the Skin on Salmon and Karen had the Seafood Tortellini and Prawns, both really good. Thanks to Ryan for introducing me to a great, slightly different eating experience.
